North Carolina is home to race teams, manufacturers, engineers, fabricators, drivers, tracks, collectors and enthusiasts. It is one of the most important motorsports communities in the world. We think that deserves to be celebrated.
A Plate With a Purpose.
This plate is about more than celebrating North Carolina motorsports. It is an opportunity to use the strength of this community to help create pathways into the industry for the next generation.
Proceeds from the specialty plate are intended to benefit Women in Motorsports North America, supporting its work to create opportunities, connections and pathways for women throughout the motorsports industry.

To move the plate forward, we need 300 North Carolina vehicle owners prepared to submit an official application accompanied by the $20 specialty plate fee.
Right now, we are building the interest list. There is no payment required today.
If you have a vehicle registered in North Carolina and would put this plate on it, raise your hand. When official applications open, we will send you everything you need to participate.
No payment is being collected today. Joining this list indicates interest only and does not constitute an official North Carolina specialty plate application. Plate design, authorization, fees and beneficiary designation remain subject to applicable state approval.
